Policies.

Booking Policy: A 50% deposit is required to book a service. This will go toward your appointment cost, and the remaining portion will be paid after the service is completed. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and all services are final sale.

Late Policy: I provide a 15 minute grace period. If you are running behind, please contact me via text at (814) 505-7774. After 15 minutes, you will need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact me 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule/cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, please text me at (814) 505-7774. I will do everything I can to help accommodate you and your schedule. Your initial deposit will roll over for your rescheduled appointment if I am contacted to reschedule. Your first time missing an appointment will be recorded with no charge attached, as I understand things happen and you may not be able to contact me in certain emergencies. However, if you neglect to contact me and no-call, no-show twice, I will charge 100% of the service cost to accommodate the lost time slot. If you no-call, no-show, you will also lose your deposit.

Refund Policy: I do not offer refunds on product. If something is wrong with the product, you’re not a fan, it doesn’t work for you, whatever it is, I will give you a credit for the cost of the item to go towards any other product in the spa. All services and products are final sale.

Child Policy: I cannot have children under the age of 10 in the studio due to insurance purposes. I appreciate your understanding!
